Peer collaboration for business improvement

Join a group of like-minded dealers to share best practices and benchmark metrics for your Parts or Service business. These groups provide an opportunity to learn from peers, collaborate on business strategies, and compare performance with other dealers.

The PPG group focuses on the Parts Business, while the SPG group is dedicated to Service Business improvement. You’re welcome to join either group - or both - to maximize your learning and networking opportunities.

Metrics and Benchmarking

Each month, participants share key metrics for their parts or service business. The results are compiled into a monthly report that is distributed to all participating dealers. These metrics are confidential, ensuring that only members of that group will have access to the results.

Best Practices

Dealers in the group meet virtually via ZOOM on a quarterly basis to review metrics and collaborate on selected best practices in the Parts Department or Service Department. These meetings are organized and moderated by a Parts Academy facilitator.

  1. The groups are 100% focused on your Parts or Service Business.
  2. Participants are actively involved in Parts or Service at the dealership.
  3. Significantly lower cost and time investment.
  4. No application fee.  Try it for free.
  5. No long term commitment.
  6. No Travel Required.


This is designed to be on-going.  However, dealers will not be “locked” into a commitment.  If the program does not help your dealership you can exit at the end of any quarter.  


There is no additional charge to have multiple participants or multiple store locations. 


Participation in the Parts Performance Group is $180 per month*.  No additional charges for multiple locations or multiple participants.  Invoiced quarterly.  There is no application fee.  Join both groups and receive a $40 per month discount on the second group.  


U.S. Kubota Tractor  Dealers: This program is eligible for the Kaizen Excellence Program Subsidy.  Kubota dealers will only pay 50% of the cost. ($90 per month for 1 or $160 per month for both) Subject to KTC Kaizen Excellence Program terms and conditions.  Click here for details.
